Question - what would an agency do if you are in India and had a cancelled flight to Toronto in 3 days.

Answer - The agency would stop picking up your call. Simple. The pain, anxiety, irritation is all left for the passenger. They would rather not pick up your call

My flight was cancelled 2 weeks back. At that time it was said, you have a lot of time before you fly. And now it's 3 days of me flying, there is still no response or attempt.

Call, email, whatsapp are all unattended and not responded.

That's how unprofessional and shady they behave

Horrible experience
